We generally take on Renovation projects with a minimum value of RM50,000. However, we encourage you to reach out to discuss your specific needs, as we may consider other projects.

Our resources are currently focused on the Klang Valley, as managing projects further afield presents challenges, particularly with transportation and associated costs. However, if you’re keen to work with us on a project outside this area, we’re open to discussing possible arrangements.

GENERAL RENOVATION & ID - Do you offer site visits or consultations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do conduct site visits, but only after we’ve gathered sufficient information from the client. This includes details such as the type of property, the scope of work, a floor plan, and specific requirements. Our standard procedure is to first communicate with the client over the phone to understand their needs and provide an estimated quote. If the client is comfortable with the estimate and feels that we are the right fit for their project, we then proceed with a site visit. This approach helps ensure that both parties are on the same page, saving time and avoiding unnecessary site visits. It also allows us to focus our resources on projects where we can add the most value.
